IBC Wälzlager GmbH, Industrial Bearings and Components, has more than 25 years experience in the field of bearing technology. IBC continues the tradition of the 1918 founded Robert Kling Wetzlar GmbH. 

Many product lines such as High Precision Bearings, Special Bearings, Linear Motion Bearings, have been further continously developed to an advanced technical level based on many years of experience and competence.

Quality Policy
In our corporate goals quality has an all enveloping strategic importance. Our understanding of those goals is the total quality of our company: The quality of our products, the quality of our employees as well as the quality of our technical design and our process control.

Our Quality Management System is implemented and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for design, development, production and sales of rolling bearings and linear motion bearings. An audit was performed by report no. 74029.

Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is a most important basis to reach our quality goals. In this section we have made large investments. Our measuring departments are fully equipped with the most sophisticated electronical measuring equipment.

The development and design of products and applications determine decisively our service.
Advanced thiniking with the aim to present the best, innovative solution. We reach these goals by highest competence, efficiency and motivation of all employees.

Beside all technical support the personal communication between our employees, our customers, the developing and production department as a team are of highest importance.

The link between different departments and interchange is based on regular sales meetings, development reviews and production control meetings. Modern and functionally equipped offices are excellent working conditions result in a reliable employee performance. A totally linked hardware and the highest possible software integration between developing and design, production, purchasing and sales guarantees the highest level of efficiency and service.

For many years IBC had extensive assembling departments. In the last couple of years these departments have been extended by significant manufacturing capacities at different locations. New investments have been made at the headquarter in Solms - Oberbiel as well as in production facilities in Switzerland and Taiwan. 

As a result out of these steps IBC reached a process ability for the precision classes ISO 2,
DIN P2 or ABEC 9 for manufacturing Ball and Roller Bearings.
